Do I get to choose what goes into my box?
In our Staple, Deluxe and Fruit boxes we carefully select the produce included in our boxes each week. This keeps our business simple and allows us to follow an efficient buying and packing service. Contents vary each week so you are eating a great variety of fresh produce. Our research has indicated what most families enjoy and many customers love the element of surprise!
However, if you would like to have a little more control over what you order, we have a NEW choose your own produce option. Simply open our order sheet and fill it in and email it back! And delivery is still FREE with this option.
What if I am allergic to a product?
If anyone in your household is allergic to a particular product, please add this to the special instructions and we are happy to ensure these products are not placed in your box.
Will I always get the same produce in my box each week?
No, our boxes are packed with the same staples every week; however a variety seasonal fruits and vegetables will be rotated on a weekly basis. If a particular item is not available or not up to our high standards of quality, then it will not be included that week.
Am I committed to ordering every week?
You are under no obligation to order each week and can stop your service at any time.
What do I do with my empty delivery box?
In order to keep our prices low, it is essential that you return your empty box when picking up your next order or leave it out for us to collect when delivering your next order.
